Hump Day

It's Wednesday and I'm already desperate for Friday

So far today I have spent my time longing for all of the below items that I desperately need want in my life,
However the H+M top is possibly the only thing within my price range at the moment (first world problems eh?!) One day I will make myself become fearless and wear a pair of Jeffrey Campbell shoes, until that time I will be wearing my mid-height heels - that see me last longer on the dance floor then most!

Weekend Dreaming

Oh Tequila

Saturday night was one crazy ass night,
From Surry Hills to Kings Cross me and the ladies pretty much stumbled walked elegantly to each venue
I love a Sydney night out, and especially one that includes alot of amazing ladies!
I was totally naughty and bought the below leather look dress from Topshop
I love how it's not too fitted and the length was perfect.
I decided on minimal accessories and thought my favourite Zara bag was enough.

Weekend Dreaming

Perfect for a Saturday shopping spree and then straight for cocktails,
I particularly love the 'celine' tee and Prada bag.

Perfect Weekend outfit choices

Who doesn't love a bit of comfort on a Sunday whilst aimlessly wandering Bondi markets (head down, sunnies on) the Merino wool Aran sweater in this lush green works well with the tan and cream, and I can imagine it being super comfy!

Friday Feeling

Although I am planning a quiet weekend consisting of cinema, food, music, coffee, friend time, long walks, shopping, and lots of films.
I still have that Friday feeling - you know when all you want to do is burst into song and dance like a chicken....no?! just me then.

Cara and Cannes

I was trying to refrain to blog about Cara, but alas I cannot refrain. This beautiful image caught my eye, as she was walking the carpet for the Great Gatsby premiere in Cannes.
This dress is absolutely stunning, and when she's not pulling one of her reknowned silly faces, she is  flawless.

A model entrance: Cara stole the show in her Burberry gown - capturing the attention of the crowd
Decadent: Despite the rain Cara managed to pull off a slick, posed look
Also looking stunning was Caery Mulligan in her couture Dior frock
Lady of the night: Carey Mulligan stunned in her blush pink couture Dior gown with red lips and sleek platinum blonde hair as she awaited the screening of her film, The Great Gatsby
Nicole Kidman also proved she is still a force to reckoned with in the fashion stakes
Making her entrance: Nicole Kidman looked gorgeous and in high spirits as she walked along while being protected from the rain under an umbrella from a helper
'Hey good looking'Gatsby would be proud! The cast of the eagerly anticipated film smoulder on the red carpet
Having loved the book, I cannot wait to see what one of my favorite directors has done with such an emotionally charged story.

New Addiction

As an avid online shopper I am constantly trawling the web for new sites that offer something different and at an affordable price. And today I found one that is truly worth shouting about.

Choices  is a site that lives up to its name, I have spent most of the day lusting after some of the items they have on offer.

Their shoes have caught my eye in particular and these boots are on my wish list (until payday)

Met Ball 2013

This has to be one of my favourite fashion moments of the year,
from the good to the bad to the downright criminal.
This year does not disappoint.
(With a theme of Chaos to Couture, you're asking for trouble)

Dakota Fanning is definitely one to watch, she's young, fresh and not afraid to take risks.
Rooney Mara is one of my favourite red carpet women, she never fails to make something her own, and has such a unique quality about her.

Well I suppose Sienna has took the brief seriously - I love all of the pieces (individually)
Fashion favourite: Sienna Miller stole the show in her slinky white dress teamed with studded jacket and headband
I adore Emma Watson, not a massive fan of cut out, but on a young girl whose able to pull it off, it's a winner
Whatever people say about Swifty, I have to say I bloody love her. And she does not disappoint in this beautiful dress.
Yes she has grey hair....but whose looking at her barnet. Great frock Richie
Best dressed man - as always
Tom Ford and Joan Smalls at Met Gala
Emmy Rossum looks breathtaking and that updo is one of my favourites of the night

The only thing that would look better than this dress, would be Johnny Depp on her arm

Because she is SJP I will not comment
Going all out: Sarah Jessica Parker put all the other guests to shame with her amazing and elaborate outfit
Well Miss 'annoyingly innocent' Hathway has won back some respect after that disastrous Oscar dress, she's also finally working that hair
Blonde ambition: Anne Hathaway showed a rare edgy side to herself in a racy dress and with newly bleached blonde hair
My love for the Olsens will never falter
Bad choices: Fashion designers Mary-Kate (L) and Ashley Olsen both managed to misfire in their swamping ensemblesBad choices: Fashion designers Mary-Kate (L) and Ashley Olsen both managed to misfire in their swamping ensembles
Kate's arguably known better for her style than her acting. But for this she gets no points from me
For such a beauty Nina Dobrev rarely makes an impression on the Red carpet
Also disappointed with Miss Alba, she's normally on the money, but those ill placed cut outs are not enough to detract your eyes from a ghastly fabric
So Heidi's married her bodyguard

Miley needs to stop pretending she's 'cool' and 'edgy' you look ridiculous
